• Several annual Education and Training Programs for the Local Government sector containing 200+ events
• Funded research and development projects - ensuring milestones were met and promoted, organising annual project presentations for the sector, liaising with project managers to ensure project outputs were delivered, managing the accounts for each individual project to ensure they weren’t over or underspent and financial records were received and in order, creating and closing projects and ensuring all paperwork was in order on completion
• a Traineeships Scheme - ensuring records were created and maintained for all trainees including where they were up to in their training, what their employers had been paid and what was outstanding.
